Walleye Fishing in September      

Where has the season gone.  We are slowing down in our fishing season.   Can you believe that the 2008 fishing season at Ghost River is coming to and end.  Fishing reports are average with just a few groups in camp, reports are OK.    The tunnel is low enough to require a rope through, so we will be pulling through the tunnel for the last week.  September is generally pretty quiet around camp We have been renovating our largest cabin.  Some of you may know this cabin really well.  Mel's is looking a little  different.  Walls have come down, cupboards have moved. 

 New counter tops are in place.  The cabin has brand new windows through out.  Keep an eye out on the website for pictures of the renovation. 

As fishing season comes to a close our focus goes to Moose hunting.  There have been several animals spotted along the shores of Marchington Lake and Stanzhikimi.  We are looking forward to an awesome Moose hunt.
